This upgrade adds an extra slot for your exclusive vehicle, allowing a second identical vehicle to legally exist in the city under the same ownership rules.

What this upgrade does:
- Converts one approved 1/1 vehicle into a 1/2 or 1/3
- Allows one additional copy of the same vehicle to exist
- Both vehicles remain locked to the same owner / group
- Maintains exclusivity while supporting RP needs (spares, rotations, damage loss, etc.)
Important conditions:
- Applies to existing 1/1 vehicles only
- Vehicle must already be approved and active
- Upgrade is non-transferable
- No refunds once applied
- Abuse, resale, or rule-breaking may result in removal
